Elisha Ramos led Ellis Electric Service over Maggies Basket Hounds Saturday in the Middle Boys league of the Smithville Jr. Pro Basketball League, 25-12.
Overall, it was good team play by Coach Dwayne Rowe’s squad that gave EES the victory, as the team was in total control all game long, leading by as much as 15 late in the 3rd period.

MBH would make the game interesting, however, going on an 8-0 run in the fourth. With 2:10 left, Gage Trapp would bank one in to draw the game to 7, 19-12, but could draw no closer as EES regained its composure and closed the game out on a 6-0 run.
Elisha Ramos led all scoreres on the day with 8 points for EES. Avery South had a solid game adding 5 points to the total while two EES players, Hunter Cantrell and Silas Cross each added 4. Mason Winter and Zach Birmingham also added 2 apiece.
For Maggies Basket Hounds, Issac Knowles had 6 points, Gage Trapp added 4 and Connor Vance contributed with 2.
