Little Ducks, DC Misfits Play First Tournament Games

The DeKalb County Little Ducks played their first game of the TYBA Tournament Friday night.  The young team played well but fell short to the Murfreesboro Mayhem in an exciting game that gave DC much needed experience that should carry them throughout the tournament.

DeKalb County’s other t-ball team, the DC Misfits, took on the Mayhem in a contest directly following and represented the county well, losing by only 1 and building momentum into Saturday’s contests.

Both DeKalb County teams will play twice again today. The first contest at 10:00am will find both teams battling each other.  Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.  All games are held in Murfreesboro at the Barfield Crescent complex.
